We just had our first complete inspection (which they say many do not pass) after our PIP was completely finished and passed with high marks. The inspector again was so complimentary of the great job. Phil Cordell, the Sr VP of the Focus Service Brands for Hilton, was in this past weekend and just loved our changes. Great job to all of you!!! We could not be happier. **The changes in the Homewood Suites lobby look fabulous! Kudos to Cullene for great choices. It is very updated and beautiful. We will be in touch!

Please review the attached notification from Jim Abrahamson, President of IHG, where he announces that our Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites has been selected as a 2010 Renovation Award winning hotel based on the quality of work performed and of the significant improvements recently completed during the renovation. The hotel will receive special recognition during the upcoming IHG Annual Conference in October.

We would like to offer a special note of thanks to Nancy Sanderson with Hospitality Contract Services, (HCS).
She and her team selected a dynamic design scheme for the hotel creating a dramatic transformation from the previous decor.
I encourage each of you to visit and tour the hotel to experience and see first hand just how beautiful the hotel has become.

Over the past 10 years, Hospitality Contract Services has provided FF&E Purchasing and Project Management on many of our hotel properties, both new construction and partial to full renovation.  Their commitment to the success of these projects has resulted in successful on-time and in-budget projects.

With their team oriented approach to projects, they create close working relationships with our other consultants, from the interior designer and architect, to the general contractor, FF&E installer, and ultimately the hotel staff ensuring that the needs of each is met.
